Peacefully, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, April 10, 1999, in her 58th year, Elaine Hussey, of Winterhault Avenue. Beloved wife of Arthur Davidson; loving mother of Jeffrey and his wife Antonette of Cambridge, Roberta (Robyn) Savage and her husband Patrick of Cornwall; dear sister of Everett of Ayr, Eldon of Cambridge, Goldie Baker of Branchton, Isabell Wilson of Puslinch; loving grandmother of Alicia, Malina, Michelle and Rachael. Mrs. Davidson was predeceased by her parents, James and Roberta Hussey; a brother, Cecil and sisters, Eleanor Davidson, Lorene Schleuter and Marjorie Ford. Mrs. Davidson was born in Galt on August 7, 1941 and has been a resident of the area all her life. A member of the Cambridge Preston Church of the Nazarene. Friends and relatives will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge Monday, April 12 (today) from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held from Cambridge Preston Church of the Nazarene, 1332 Hamilton St., Cambridge on Wednesday, April 14, 1999, at 1: 30 p.m., with Pastor Keith MacAskill officiating. Cremation to follow.
