  McEWAN, Ronald Of 133 Montrose St. N., Cambridge, on Saturday, June 18, 1988, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Myra Faulkner: dear father of Thomas of Cambridge, Michael of Chatham, N.B., Mrs. Christine Dion of Brampton and Mrs. Patricia Thompson of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren. Mr. McEwan was born in Toronto and came to Cambridge 21 years ago from Quebec. He had been employed at Butler Metal Products, Cambridge and was a veteran of the Second World War, having served with both the Merchant Marines and the RCAF. He was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Preston Branch No. 126. The family will receive friends at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Monday (today), 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home, on Wednesday, June 22, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment Parklawn cemetery.
