  BULTHUIS, Hazel Of 650 Eagle St. N., Cambridge, on Saturday, July 6, 1996, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerrit Bulthuis (Feb. 10, 1994); dear mother of Barry MacMillan, Wayne MacMillan and Diane Miller (Mrs. Robert), all of Cambridge. Dear step-mother of Gerry Bulthuis of Elliott Lake, Tineke (Mrs. Richard McLaughlin) of Brownsville, Ont., and Joyce (Mrs. Francis Power) of Cambridge. Also sadly missed by one foster son, Jerry Dokis of Cambridge; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two brothers, Gord Hannah of Timmins and Carl Hannah of Perth. Predeceased by her first husband, George William MacMillan (1970), one brother, Vern Fawkes of B.C., one sister, Eileen Willis of Cambridge and one granddaughter, Evannia MacMillan (June 25, 1996). Hazel was born in Donaldson Corners, Ont., and lived in Cambridge (Preston/Hespeler) since 1963. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Monday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home, Tuesday, July 9, 1996, at 1: 30 p.m., with Rev.
