  ARMSTRONG, Gordon W. Of 245 Grand River St. N., Paris, Ont., formerly of Ayr and of Cambridge (Preston), on Wednesday, March 4, 1987, at Brantford General Hospital, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Donna Main; dear father of Peter of Kitchener, Joyce (Mrs. Scott Wells) of Paris and Alice (Mrs. Joseph Parker) of London, Ont. Lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Mabel Bagley of Nanticoke, Ont. Predeceased by one son, John. Mr. Armstrong was born in Selkirk, Ont. and resided in Paris for the past two years, coming from Cambridge. Former owner of the Preston Feed and Seed Co. of Cambridge. Member of St. Paul's United Church, Preston Masonic Lodge, No. 297 and the Royal Arch Masons and the Preston Order of the Eastern Star. The family will receive friends at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Thursday (today), 7-9 and Friday, 2-4 and 7-9.
