  OBERLE, James Harry It is with great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of James Oberle, on January 19, 2000, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his family, in his 65th year. Jim is survived by his wife and soul mate of 43 years, Gail Bauman and his mother, Mary Oberle. He is also survived by his children, Cindy Mara and her husband Bob of Kitchener, Frank and his wife Cathy of Guelph, Michael and his wife Karrie, Rita Stemmler and her husband Eric and James Jr., all of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren, Joelene, Danielle, Candace, Ryan, Brandon, Alex, Kyle, Nicholas and Shawn and three sisters, Patricia Hummell-Oberle of Cambridge, Eileen Oberle of Dunnville and Marilyn Oberle of London. Predeceased by his son, Shawn; his father, Harry Oberle and two brothers, Jack and Sonny. Jim was born in Formosa, Ont. on September 28, 1935. He owned and operated Oberle Towers Inc. for the past 40 years, was an avid golfer and a member of the Knights of Columbus. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2000, at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge. Paeish Rosary will be recited at the funeral home, on Friday, at 7 p.m. The Record Newspaper 20 Jan 2000 pg B4
