  SHUTKA, Jerry (Jaroslaw) Of Fairview Menonite Nursing Home, formerly of Hamilton Street, Cambridge, on Wednesday.,Nov. 21, 1999, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Rozalia Habura. Survived by three sisters, Hanna, Magda and Zofia, all of the Ukraine. Predeceased by his parents, Oleksa and Kataryna Shutka. Mr. Shutka was born in Perehynske, Ukraine and had been a resident of the area, since 1950. He was retired from Chicopee Manufacturing Ltd. and was a member of St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, this evening (Thursday) from 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 582 Eagle St. N., Cambridge, at 10: 30 a.m. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
