- BOWMAN, Pamela Winnifred
Peacefully, at home, on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 1999, in her 67th year, after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Beloved wife of Gilbert: loved mother of Stewart Bowman of Phoenix, Ariz., Jennifer Wootton of Thornbury, Elizabeth Bowman of Waterloo and Judith Bowman and her husband Grant Dickson of Breslau: cherished grandmother of Katarina. Dear sister of Gloria Debicki and her husband Henry of St. Catharines and Anne Marx and her husband Alfred of Guelph. Pamela recently retired from a rewarding career with the Ministry of Community and Social Services, where she was a Child Care Consultant. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club and St. Mark's Parish. Friends will be received at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener (742-4481), today (Wednesday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, at 10: 30 a.m. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home, following the service. Interment Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
