  SCHINDLER, Gordon "Gord" It is with great sadness that the family of Gordon Schindler, wish to announce that Gord died peacefully, on October 25, 2016, at St. Andrew's Terrace, Cambridge, Ontario, in his 104th year. He was born on November 13, 1912 in St. Marys, Ontario. He was predeceased by his wives Edna (1990) and Jean Courtney (2015), his son Kenneth (1941) and his daughter-in-law Joan (1997). Gord is survived by his loving sons, Bob (Nancy) and Ron (Pauline); his grandchildren Glenn (Shelley), Scott (Allison), Christine (Steve), Craig (Catherine) and Curtis (Cheryl) and his nine great-grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered by the Courtney family. A private family service will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, CAMBRIDE (519)653-3251.
