  EHRHARDT, Edward L. Of St. Luke's Place, Cambridge, on Tuesday, June 29, 1999, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Lillian Russ: dear father of Rev. Lawrmce Ehrhardt and his wife Sharon of Petawawa, Linda Ehrhardt and Janice Chapple and her husband Bruce, all of Cambridge and Karen Ocelak of K itchener. Lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Survived by one brother, Carl of Cambridge and one sister, Helen Reidt of Guelph. Predeceased by his parents, George and Laura Ehrhardt: one sister, Nelda Klein and two grandchildren. Mr. Ehrhardt was born in Waterloo township and has been a lifelong resident of the Cambridge area. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, a retired inspector for the Ministry of Transportation, a member of the Preston Masonic Lodge No. 297, a Skipper of the former 1st Hespeler Rover Scouts Crew, a Veteran of the Second World War, serving overseas with the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corp. and served with the police force in Ontario, for over 30 years. The family received friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge on Thursday, from 7-9 p.m. and again today (Friday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. James Lutheran Church, 96 Queen St. E., Cambridge (Hespeler) on Saturday, July 3, 1999, at 1: 30 p.m., with Rev.
