      Of 505 Westminster Drive, Cambridge, on Thursday, April 6, 1980, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Caroline Hartzman; dear father of Edward of Cambridge, John of Oil Springs, Ont., Paul of St. Clements, Anna (Mrs. Clement Brooker) of Kitchener, Rosanne [Rosaline] (Mrs. Edward Johnson) of Waterloo, Marie (Mrs. Lyle Broughton) and Barbara (Mrs. Kevin Gawne), both of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by 21 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Mr. Hyjek was the last survivor of his family. He was born in Poland and came to Cambridge, 47 years ago. from Woodstock. He was a retiree of Date Industries, of Ayr. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Friday) from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at Bethel Tabernacle, Cambridge, Saturday, April 8, 1989, at 3 p.m. Interment Parklawn cemetery.
