  CONNORS, Augustine (Gus) Formerly of Bell Island, Newfoundland, passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Friday, September 16, 2005, at the age of 77 years. Gus was a longtime employee of Scarborough Public Utilities, where he retired in 1993. Survived by his sisters, Margaret Connors "Peg" of Cambridge, Elizabeth Ebere "Betty" of California, and 11 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Isabel and Augustine Connors, sisters Bernardine Blackmore and Isabel Hurley. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers being recited at 3 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at St. Ambrose RC Church, Cambridge on Monday, September 19, 2005, at 10 a.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
