  ANDRADE, Dinis 1932-2015, Dinis Andrade, passed away peacefully, to join the Lord Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, at the age of 83. Survived by his loving wife Maria Leonor of 60 years and forever remembered by his 9 children, Connie (Manuel), Ed (Anna), Norbert (Debbie), Ludy (Carlos), Isabel (John), Juvie (Duane), Arsenio (Janice), David (Jaimey) and Susie (Nelson) all living in the area. Dinis was adored and will be greatly missed by all of his 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 8 brothers and sisters in both Portugal and Canada, survived by two brothers, Agostinho (Late Filomena) and Francisco (Filomena) both of Cambridge ON. Dinis immigrated to Canada in 1970, looking for better opportunities for his growing family. Although with limited primary school education, he was a very talented artist with works consisting of converting both the New and Old testaments of the Bible to verse, converting several novels to versed screenplays and directing various community plays over the years. During his later years, Dinis developed a passion for building miniature houses and churches from pictures sent to him from as far away as Portugal and California. He is also remembered for crafting countless rosaries which he gave away to family, friends and sent away to various missions. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, at 95 Dundas St. N., in Cambridge, where family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 24, from 6: 00 - 9: 00 p.m., with the Parish rosary being recited at 8: 00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 185 Elgin St. S., in Cambridge, where Dinis was a devoted member for 45 years; on Wednesday November 25, 2015, at 10: 00 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
