      Suddenly, at her home, on Tuesday, September 14, 2004, at the age of 67. Loving wife of Jose. Dear mother of Jose and his wife Mary of Glen Allan and Maria Amaral Ditner and her husband Paul of Cambridge. Loving grandmother of Christine and James Amaral and John and Peter Ditner. Sadly missed by her brothers, Jose Bairos and his wife Natalia of Toronto, Joao Bairos of Mass., Antonio Bairos and his wife Teresinha of Cambridge, Manuel and Agostinho Bairos both of Mass. and her sisters, Maria Vitorino and her husband Manuel of Kitchener, Helena (Sister Maria Sabina Bairos) of Portugal and Filomena Balms and her husband Antonio of Mass. Maria is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Maria moved to Canada from Santa Maria Portugal, in March of 1972. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Thursday, September 16, 2004, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial, will be celebrated on Friday, September 17, 2004, at 10 a.m., from Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church. A Parish Rosary will be recited at the Funeral home, on Thursday evening, at 8 p.m. Interment will take place at Parklawn Cemetery, immediately following the Service.
