Notes - BAIROS, Antonio Santos (of Santa Maria, Azores) - Passed away, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, at the age of 76. Loving husband of Filomena Bairos. Beloved father of Manuel and his wife Conceicao, Hah Chaves and her husband Manuel and Estrelinha Costa and her husband Eduardo, all of Cambridge, Jose Antonio and his wife Maria Rosa and Maria da Gloria, all of Portugal and Armando and his wife Natalia of Massachusetts, USA. Antonio is survived by 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three sisters. Predeceased by one sister; his son-in-law, Pacheco Medeiros and parents, Manuel and Maria Bairos. As a young boy, Antonio worked with his father as a masonary. He then became a road keeper and prior to retirement, he was their foreman, a job he thoroughly enjoyed. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends today (Monday) 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A parish rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 8: 30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick's RC Church, Wellington Street, Cambridge on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2001 at 10 am, Father Dunn celebrant. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
