  MELARA DE LARTATEGUI, Maria A. Peacefully, with her family by her side on Friday, August 12, 2011. The former Maria Araceli Guevara, aged 94 years. Loving mother to Sister Aracely SOLI of Cambridge, Jaime and his wife Dolores of El Salvador, beloved abuelita to five grandchildren and two great-grandsons, dear friend to Ken McDonald and his family, Silvia Alvarez and her family and Celza Bonilla. Predeceased by her parents, Calixto Guevara and Gurtrudes Melara, her husband Julian in 1972, one son Julian, one daughter, Mercedes and three brothers, Jorge, Rafael and Jose Antonio. Friends may call at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Tuesday, from 7-9, where the parish prayers will be recited at 8: 30 p.m. A Funeral Mass, will be said on Wednesday, at 10: 00 a.m., from St. Clements Church with Father Philip Sherlock officiating.
