  BRAGA, Manuel Chaves (formerly of Santa Maria, Azores) Passed away at Lisaard House, Cambridge, on Friday, September 2, 2005, at the age of 68. Loving husband of Maria Braga. Beloved father of Veneranda Demorais (Saul) and Elvira Haskell (Robert). Survived by his three precious grandchildren, Blake, Breann and Britney. Manuel will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Antonio in Portugal; mother-in-law, Maria Gloria Braga; brother-in-law, Jose; sister-in-law, Teresa Braga; nieces, Nancy and Vanessa and nephew, Andy. Mr. Braga was predeceased by his parents, Jose C. Braga and Maria Andrade Chaves and by his father-in-law, Jose Melo Braga. The family received friends on Monday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge.
