  BRAGA, Maria Tavares Peacefully, on Friday July 1, 2011, at the age of 95. Cherished sister of Antonio and Filomena. Sister-in-law of Maria and Helena. Maria will also be sadly missed by her several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Jose and Ana, siblings Helena, Cristina, Ines, Urbano and David as well as her brothers-in-law, Jose, Antonio and Jose and sister-in-law, Filomena. Visitation was held at the Corbett Funeral Home, where the family received friends on Sunday, from 2-4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, was celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, on Monday, July 4, 2011, at 10 a.m. Interment followed at Parklawn Cemetery. A special thank you to the entire family, especially Fatima and Joe Carlos for their care of Maria over the years.
