  TAVARES, Antonio Freitas Passed away peacefully, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at the age of 73. Loving and devoted husband of Maria Tavares. Cherished father of Joe Tavares and his wife Herminia. Special grandfather of Brandon (Kristi) and Kayla, and great-grandfather of Luka and Riley. Antonio will also be sadly missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Thursday, January 23, 2014, from 6-9 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, Elgin St. S., Cambridge, on Friday, January 24, 2014, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
