  SILVEIRA, Jose Gomes 1927 - 2013. Of Cambridge, passed away peacefully, at the Hilltop Manor Nursing Home, in Cambridge, on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at the age of 86. Predeceased by his first wife Maria de Lourdes. Husband of 19 years to Maria Adelaide Amaral, cherished father of Ilda Salamon (Paul), Frank Silveira and Edward Silveira (Ana). Devoted grandfather of Carly, Katherine, Kayla, Sheldon, Marlena and Nelson. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge where the family will receive friends on Friday, May 17, 2013, from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Rosary will be recited in the funeral home chapel, at 8 pm. A Mass of Christian burial, will be recited at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, Elgin Street South, Cambridge on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at 11am. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
