Of Paris, Ontario, passed away on Saturday, the 8th day of November, 2003. Born in London, Ontario, July 12, 1938. Jim attended Emmanuel College in Toronto and served as minister to United Churches in Saskatchewan, Alberta, the Saugeen Reserve in Southampton, Cambridge and Paris, Ontario. Beloved husband and best friend of Pat; proud and loving father of son, John (June) Singleton of Calgary; daughter, Karen (Frank) Nagy of Edmonton; stepfather of Shawn Hass of Brampton, Ken (Sandy) Hass of Maple Ridge, BC, Stephen Hass of England, Chris (Alisha) Hass of Brantford. Predeceased by his parents, Det. Kenneth and Margaret Jean and a brother in infancy. Friends will be received at Coutts Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge on Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at St. John's Anglican Church, Queenston Rd., Preston on Friday, November 14, 2003, at 2 p.m.
