      Of Cambridge, on Wednesday, October 29, 2008, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Debora (nee Muir). Dear father of Mark, Matthew, both of Kitchener, Kim Davis and Mike Palmer of Cambridge and step-children, Denise Goodburn, Michelle Goodburn and Clarence Rose, all of Newfoundland and Larry Gehiere and Jennifer Sacrey of Waterloo. Lovingly remembered by three grandchildren, Julia, Alisha and Jakob; and seven step-grandchildren, Caralee, Kaitlyn, Matt, Taylor, Ann, Railey and Joanne. Survived by brother, Allan Stubbs and his wife Lois of Acton and sister, Bonita Bartlam of Grand Bend. Predeceased by his parents, Borden and Belle Stubbs and one brother, Larry. Mr. Stubbs was born in Galt and had been a life-long resident of the area. He was formerly an Electrician with the I.B.E.W Union Local 804. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 3, 2008, at 11 a.m. with Canon David Bowyer officiating. Cremation to follow.
