      Passed away, peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Humber River Regional Hospital, Toronto, on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Tucker (1991). Loving mother of Barbara Stevens and her husband Michael (Parry Sound), Michael Tucker and his wife Martha (London) and Theresa Simonik and her husband Martin (Richmond Hill). Devoted grandmother of Jennifer (Jacques) Laurin, Erin and Matthew Stevens, Trish (Steve Clark) and Katie Tucker, and Marc, Lauren and Alya Simonik. Delighted great-grandmother of Ben and Abbie Laurin. Sister of Thelma Kimmel (Jack), Betty Hat (Howard), Norma Nuhn (Henry), Ruby Boettger (Jack), and Cora Hagen (Gerald) and sister-in-law of Ruth (Robert) and Eva (Carl) Decher. Predeceased by her sisters, Mildred Barnes (Sam) and Gladys Pontin (Maurice); brothers, Carl and Robert Decher, and her parents, Charles and Alvina (nee Schaefer) Decher. Loreen will also be lovingly missed by members of the Tucker family, Donna Wilson and many life-long friends. Loreen's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Thursday, July 17, 2008, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., with parish prayers at 8: 30 p.m. Prayers will be offered in the funeral home on Friday, July 18, 2008, at 9: 20 a.m., followed by a procession to St. Mary's RC Church, 56 Duke Street W., Kitchener, for a funeral mass, at 10 a.m. Father Jim Link officiating. Interment following at Parkview Cemetery.
