  ROWE, William Douglas (1949 - 2012). It's with profound sadness, that his family announces the passing of Bill Rowe on June 8, 2012 in Victoria B.C., following a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Ciony Marano Rowe, dear father of Leanne (Brad) Galway and Andrew (Correna) Rowe. Loving grandfather of Audrey and Hudson Galway and Ashton and Alyvea Rowe. Dear brother of Carole (Ron) Frankow and Linda (Anne) Rowe. Fondly remembered by nephew, Jason Frankow and step-mother, Jean Rowe. Predeceased by his father, William Rowe (2003) and mother, Mary Rowe (1978). He leaves behind special friend Carlos (Ros) Pimentel, aunts, uncle and cousins and many nieces and nephews, both in Canada and in the Philippines. Bill will be remembered forever for his giving and loving spirit. He will be missed and always in our hearts. Celebration of Bill's life will be held at Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Preston, 519-653-3251, on Monday, June 18th between 3-6 p.m. Eulogy will be held at 4: 30 p.m. Cambridge Times 16 Jun 2012
