  PHELAN, Frank T. Sr. Following a brief illness, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 1994, of Cambridge. Beloved husband of his wife Frances (Herman) of 52 years. Dear father of Jim and his wife Kathy of Calgary, Alta. and Frank Jr. and his wife Sherri of Kitchener. He will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Ryan, Lisa and Kaitlin Phelan. Brother of Helen Houghton of Wingham, Peter of St. Catharines and Thomas and his wife Lois of Kitchener. Predeceased by his daughter, Valerie and his parents, Frank and Mary Phelan of Mount Forest. Mr. Phelan, was born in Mount Forest and had been retired from Hayes-Dana of Cambridge, after 39 years of service. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Phelan's family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass and committal service to be held in St. Clement's RC Church, Cambridge, on Friday, Dec. 23, 1994, at 10 a.m., with Father L.
