  PYKE, Molly Louise 1931 - 2011. After a long and courageous battle, Molly passed away peacefully on November 24, 2011, surrounded by her family. Molly spent 15 weeks in the Cambridge Memorial Hospital and with the loving support of her family and friends, along with her own determination, defied all odds and amazed everyone with her strength. Everyone's prayers were answered when she came home on November 15, 2011. Molly spent a wonderful week at home before being readmitted to Cambridge Hospital on November 22nd. Molly was truly the heart of a close-knit family and will be missed dearly by her daughter, Jane Renton and her sons Steve (Pam) and Kerry (Yuko). She was loved more than she ever knew by her grandchildren Sam, Nikki (Rich), Mark, Phil (Vanessa), Sara, Steph along with her 7 great-grandchildren. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Macie and the ICU nurses, and very special thank you to her nurse, Shelly. Friends will be received at THE BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (519-653-3251), Monday, November 28, 2011, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. at ST.
