  HOGG, Dorothy Jean (Hipel) At Cambridge Memorial Hospital, after a lengthy illness, on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2002. Lovingly remembered by her long-time companion Bill Cooper; her sons, Brian McCallum and his wife Jeanne of Calgary, Rick Hogg of Burlington and her daughters, Shelley Joiner and her husband Rod of Cambridge and Shari-Lee Hogg of Calgary. Remembered by her sisters, Shirley Meyers and Greta Hanley of Cambridge and her brother, Gordon Hipel and his wife Lenore of Espanola. She was the Grandma of nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, Jim; her parents, Arthur and Lillian Hipel; her sisters, Alma and Ruby and her brothers, Norman, Howard and Jack. Dorothy was a member of St. Paul's United Church in Cambridge (Preston) and formerly an active member of Knox Presbyterian Church, in Cambridge (Galt). She was a longtime volunteer with the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. She was also an avid member of the Beaverdale Golf Club. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, 450 King St. E., Cambridge (Preston) on Wednesday, Oct. 2. 2002, at 2 p.m. The Record Newspaper 1 Oct 2002 pg B7
