  FALCAO (ALMEIDA), Maria Conceicao February 5, 1936 - June 11, 2017 It is with great sadness the Falcao family announces the passing of Maria Conceicao Falcao (Almeida), on Sunday, June 11, 2017, in her 82nd year. She was the beloved wife to the late Jose Cabral Falcao for 57 wonderful years. Loving mother of Edward (Kathy), Victor (Maria) and John (Ilda). Proud and cherished grandmother of Lindsay (Darryl), Tiffany (Steve), Shawn, Brandon and great-grandmother of Victoria, Aiden, Hunter and Drake. Dear sister of Eugenia Inacio (the late Manuel Antonio), Ines Fontes (the late Antonio), the late Jose Antonio Almeida (Ines), Guilhermina Puim (Jose), Ermelinda Freitas (the late Luis), Jaime Sousa (Ilda), Adelina Chaves (the late Jose) and Jose Almeida (Susan). The family greatly appreciates the love, care and support given to their mother, by Cindy Chaves and to her many caregivers. Words fail to express how greatly she will be missed by her family and friends. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at COUTTS FUNERAL HOME, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, on Wednesday, June 14, from 5: 00-9: 00 p.m., with the prayers, at 8: 00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church, 185 Elgin Street South, Cambridge, on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 10: 00 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
