  GALVAO, Anthony Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Lisaard House, Cambridge, on Thursday, August 6, 2009, at the age of 54. Loving and devoted husband of Odilia "Odie" Galvao (nee Chaves). Cherished father of Steven (Wyionna), Kevin, Justin and Katelyn. Special grandfather of Evan and Nolan. Brother of Connie Mesce (Frank), Aldina Moreira (Manuel), Estella Correia, Joe Galvao, Helena Borges (Jorge), Luis Galvao (Kim) and John Galvao (Alison). Brother-in-law of Lucy Vergari (Sebastian), Zenalia Simoes (Paul) and Nelia Sharpe (Mark). Son-in-law of Emilia Figueiredo and the late Jose Chaves. Anthony will also be missed by his several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Joao and Maria Galvao. Rested at Corbett Funeral Home , 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family received friends on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers were recited at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, was celebrated at St. Ambrose RC Church, Chalmers St. S., (at South St.) on Monday, August 10, 2009, at 10 a.m. Interment followed at Parklawn Cemetery.
