Notes - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Donatilde on Monday, February 22, 2016 at the age of 72. She is joined together with her husband Jose Eduardo Galvao (2002). Beloved mother to Joe Galvao (Virginia) and Emmie Galvao (Albert). She will be sadly missed by her only grandchild Hilary Galvao. Loving partner to Frank Martins of six years together. Dear sister to the late Valdemiro (Maria B.) Da Silva, Honorio (Maria R.) Da Silva and Jose M. (Isaura) Da Silva. Predeceased by her parents Agostinho and Isabel Da Silva. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Donatilde will be remembered for her kind and loving nature, she truly had a heart of gold. She was a woman who was so full of life and was able to make anyone laugh. She loved music, nature and spending time at her trailer. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 7-9 pm and Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm (prayers at 8pm) at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (519-621-1650). A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, February 26, 2016 at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 185 Elgin Street South, Cambridge at 10 am. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge. A very special thank you to the Martins family for all of your love and support.
