Of Cambridge, on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 75th year. Betty Johnson, beloved wife of the late William Richard Hoch (2003). Dear mother of Michael and his wife Heather of Cambridge, Kevin of Toronto, Rebecca of Waterloo and Lisa Bradley and her husband Donald of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by four grandchildren, Andrew, Kristen, Scott and Maura. Survived by one brother, John (Jack) Johnson and his wife Jessie of Cambridge; three sisters, Barbara Caskenette and her husband Thomas, Mary Jane Jackson (late Tom Jackson) and Ruth Johnson, all of Cambridge; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Verna Hoch, Leone McGrath, Marie and Fred Kaster, Laurene Korell, John (Jack) Hoch, Ross Hoch and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Mary Jane Johnson; brother Leslie; sisters, Jennie Papotto (late Alfio) and Alberta, Mary and brother-in-law, Robert Hoch. Mrs. Hoch, was born in Galt and had been a lifelong resident of the area. She was a member of the Alan Reuter Senior Centre. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, today (Friday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at St. John's Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Saturday, April 22, 2006, at 11 a.m., with Canon David Bowyer officiating. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
