  MACHADO, Joe Antonio Passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 19, 2004, at the age of 51. Loving husband of Tina Machado (nee Puim). Beloved father of Alfred and his girlfriend Nicole Laswick and her daughter Kyla Laswick, all of Cambridge, Cindy McDonald and Jolene Machado, both of Ayr. Loving son of Maria Travis of Mass.; brother of Aida Figueiredo (Jose) of Winnipeg, Paul Travis (Sarah) of Mass. and David Machado (Linda) of Cambridge. Joe is survived by his step-mother, Valmida Machado and sister-in-law, Maria Machado, all of Winnipeg. Predeceased by his father, Antonio Machado and brother, John Machado. Joe will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law, Virginia Puim; brothers-in-law, Jose Puim (Sally) and Tony Puim (Kim) as well as many nieces, nephews and great-niece and great-nephews. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Thursday, 2-4 and 6: 30-9 p.m. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home, Thursday evening, at 7 p.m. A mass of Christian burial, will be celebrated at St. Gregory's RC Church, St. Gregory's Drive, Cambridge, on Friday, October 22, 2004, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
