Passed away peacefully, at his home, on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2001, surrounded by his family, in his 74th year. Born on July 27,1927, in Austria, Kurt and his beloved wife of 48 years, Helen (nee Klenner) came to Canada on Valentine's Day in 1956. Dear father of Arno and his wife Susan of Kincardine and Christa Dobranski and her husband Larry of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by his grandsons, Ryan Smith, Greg Bryan, Mark and David Weissenboeck. Survived by two sisters, Margarte and Irma, both of Austria. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Maria Weissenboeck. Mr. Weissenboeck was a retired foreman from Firth Brown Tools and a member of St. Clement's RC Church. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, this evening (Tuesday) from 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's RC Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2001, at 10 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
