      At her residence, Route 1, Cambridge (Hespeler), Monday, December 27, 1976, Ada Snyder, beloved wife of the late Clarence Rudy, dear mother of Arthur of Waterloo, Wilfrid of St. Catharines, Anna (Mrs. Homer Burkhart) of Route 7, Guelph, Margaret (Mrs. Melvin Bearinger) of Waterloo, Lucile (Mrs. Jessie Markle) of Cambridge, in her 86th year. Mrs. Rudy was born in Waterloo Township and had resided on the family farm all her life. She was a member of Wanner Mennonite Church, Cambridge. Predeceased by one son, Howard in 1959; also one brother and three sisters. Also survived by four sisters, Myra (Mrs. Benjamin Shantz), Melinda (Mrs. Roy Hagey) of Cambridge, Maggie (Mrs. Menno Moyer) of Kitchener, Mary (Mrs. Frank Henry) of Indiana and one brother, Gordon Snyder of Guelph, 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge (Preston) until noon Thursday, then to Wanner Mennonite Church for funeral service, at 2 p.m. Interment In Wanner cemetery.

      Rudy.- Ada, daughter of Levi and Sara (Reist) Snyder, was born in Waterloo Co., Ont., Mar. 5, 1891; died at her home on Dec. 27, 1976; aged 85 y. On Mar. 18, 1913, she was married to Clarence Rudy, who preceded her in death Nov. 5, 1966. Surviving are 3 daughters (Anna-Mrs. Homer Burkhart, Margaret-Mrs. Melvin Bearinger and Lucille-Mrs. Jessie Markle), 2 sons (Arthur and Wilfred), 18 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters (Myra-Mrs. Benjamin Shantz, Melinda -Mrs. Roy Hagey, Maggie-Mrs. Menno Moyer, and Mary-Mrs. Frank Henry), and one brothter (Gordon). She was preceded in death by one son (Howard), 3 grandchildren, one brother, and 3 sisters. She was a member of Wanner Mennonite Church, Cambridge, Ont., where funeral services were held on Dec. 30, 1976, in charge of Herbert Schultz; interment in Wanner Mennonite Church Cemetery.
