      Passed away peacefully, at the Freeport Health Centre in Kitchener, on Friday, October 29, 2010, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Agnes "Peggy" Anderson. Loving father of Gary and his wife Margaret of Cambridge. Also survived by his grandson, Jeremy. Predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Phoebe Hedges, brother Harold Hedges and sisters, Marion Hedges and Bernice Barlow. Richard was born on December 21, 1919, in Galt and has lived most of his life in the area. He served with the R.C.A.F., for five years, during WW II and had a very successful career as a tool and die maker, with McGraw Edison - Simplicity Products. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews St., in Cambridge, on Monday, November 1, 2010, from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home chapel, on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at 11 a.m. Interment at Trinity Cemetery.
