Passed away peacefully, at Emmanuel Village, Kitchener on Friday, January 23, 2015, at the wonderful age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Sandy Leith. Loving mom of Jamie (Jennifer), of Brechin, Brad (Gwyneth), of Vancouver and Libby (Ken), of Kitchener. Beloved "Gag" of Ryan (Tara), Andrew, Kassi, Aimee and Alex. Special "Great-Gagy" of Kailyn, Cameron, Kenzie, Addison, Taeden and Alexis, she will be greatly missed. Predeceased by her brother, Vance and sister Dorothy. She was an active member of all aspects of the Galt/Cambridge community, for 70 years, after leaving three and a half years as a Sergeant WAC, during World War II. Her commitment and involvement in this community as a volunteer included: volunteer at Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) for twenty years, Galt Little Theatre Productions, Galt Figure Skating Club, Galt Country Club Curling, a member of the Trinity Anglican Church Choir, for over twenty years, served on the Women's Auxiliary, the church Bazaar, Tiny Tots Program at YMCA and YWCA, a longstanding member of the PC Party of Canada and a lifelong artist and crafter. Friends will be received at T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge today Monday, January 26, 2015, from 2: 00-4: 00 and 7: 00-9: 00 p.m. Visitation will again be held at the funeral home from 1: 00-2: 00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, prior to the funeral at 2: 00 p.m., in the chapel.
