  ROMAINE LEANDER TAYLOR 1891-1965 Married: Christine Irene Busby Romaine Leander Taylor was born on August 28, 1891 in Bealton, Ontario the son of Leander Taylor and his wife. Mr. Taylor owned and published weekly newspapers in Grimsby, Barrie, Oakville and Niagara Falls before coming to Galt in 1950. He was the owner of the Highland Press which he operated with his son. Mr. Taylor was a member of the Canadian Weekly Newspaper Association and of the Brotherhood of Anglican Churchmen. He died on January 4, 1965 and is buried in Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
