  BOND, CATHERINE JANE (Nee McCaig) At her home on the first concession of Puslinch, on December 24, 1920, a well-known resident, in her 57th year. Wife of William Bond. She was born in Puslinch and had lived there all her life and was highly esteemed by a wide circle of friends. She was a devoted member of Crieff Presbyterian Church. Besides her husband, an adopted daughter, Beatrice survives; also five brothers and two sisters, Donald and Hector McCaig of Puslinch; Duncan McCaig of Vancouver; J. A. and Malcolm of Portage La Prairie; Mrs. Angus McPherson of Puslinch; and Mrs. R. Cameron of Michigan. The funeral took place on Tuesday to Galt Cemetery. -Information from the death certificate: Of lot 17, concession 1 in Puslinch. Born in Puslinch on July 9, 1864, daughter of Hector McCaig and Mary McKenzie. Died suddenly of heart failure. Informant - William Bond of R. R. #2, Puslinch, her husband.
