  WALSH, Robert Waldo Passed away peacefully, on Monday, February 7, 2011, at St. Andrew's Terrace, Cambridge, in his 87th year. Loving husband of Mary Walsh (nee Thomson), for 27 years. Sadly missed by his children from his first marriage, Patricia Devenish (Terry) from Victoria, B.C., the late Richard (Barbara) from Caledon, Ontario, Christine Walsh from Montreal, Quebec, Cynthia Ettenson (Allen) from Toronto, Ontario. Dear Grandpa of 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Survived by brothers, John (the late Evelyn) from Nova Scotia, Fred (Mary) from Nova Scotia and several nieces and nephews from Nova Scotia and Ontario. Bob started his career at the Ontario Department of Agriculture and ended his career as a teacher of biology, for the North York Board of Education. Bob was a lover of nature and travelled widely, after retirement with his wife Mary. He was a member of the Galt Canadian Legion (Branch 121) and the Ancient Mariners Club. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 11, 2011, at Trinity Anglican Church (12 Blair Road, Cambridge) at 2: 00 p.m. Waterloo Region Record 10 Feb 2011
