NORTHOVER, Robert (Bob)

Passed away suddenly and unexpected, on Thursday, November 28, 2013, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 79th year. Loving husband and best friend of Ruby Northover, for 52 years. Devoted dad to Robert (Bob) and his wife Carolyn, Darlene and her husband Tom McKay and Denise and her husband Dave Brand. Special papa to Kyle, Vicky and Amber Northover, Sean and Caitlin McKay. Survived by sisters and brothers-in-law Shirley and her husband Dave Thompson, Gloria and her husband Craig Brown and Mary Northover. Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, friends including his canine pal Kiesha. Predeceased by his parents, William and Rebecca Northover, brothers Bill and George and sister Evelyn. Bob was an active member of Trinity Anglican Church serving on the social committee and helping in the soup kitchen. Friends will be received at the Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge, on Sunday, December 1, 2013, from 1: 00 to 4: 00 p.m. Inurnment at Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Blenheim Road, Cambridge, on Monday, December 2, 2013, at 1: 00 p.m.
