Beloved wife of Norman whom she was married to for 54 years; loving mother of Earl, Margaret and her husband Ken Sonier of Waterloo and Randy and his wife Dianne of Kitchener. Cherished grandmother of Steven, James, Kim and Kevin. Dear sister of Maurice Jacobs and his wife Florence of Wellesley, Eileen and her husband Ralph Wilhelm of Stratford, Florence Sebert of New Hamburg, Bernel Jacobs and his wife Dorothy and Inez and her husband Arnold Voll or Waterloo, Sister-in-law of Joey Jacobs of Burks Falls, Bill McNab of Shakespeare, Roy Cook, John Cook and his wife Hazel of Lisbon.
She was predeceased by a stillborn daughter, Betty Ann; her parents, Margaret Doerr and Oscar Jacobs; brother, Gordon Jacobs; sister, Hazel McNab and brothers-in-law, John Sebert and Roy Fetter.
Mrs. Cook was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport and formerly a member of St. James Lutheran Church, North Easthope township.
Mrs. Cook's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. The funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport on Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Barbara Weatherall officiating. A reception will immediately follow the service. Interment will take place in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, North Easthope township, Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
