  Mrs. Jane Landreth PRESTON. Oct. 17. A fractured hip suffered in a fall at her home on Duke St., 12 days ago, resulted in the death at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, last evening of Jane Edgar, widow of George Landreth. Mrs. Landreth, a resident of Preston for the past 12 years, was well-known locally. She resided in Galt for some 25 years, prior to coming to Preston. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Galt. Her husband predeceased her 35 years ago. Surviving is a sister-in-law, Mrs. H. C. Edgar, Preston and two nephews, Frank S. Edgar, Preston and Harcourt Edgar, of Detroit. The body is resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home, where the funeral will he held tomorrow, at 4 o'clock.
