• Notes

  Mrs. Carolyn Deckert, 81, of 37 Courtland Avenue East, passed away in her home yesterday. Born in Kitchener, she was the daughter of the late Henry Heimbach and Sophia Miller. Her husband Jacob Dechert, predeceased her, Mrs. Dechert, attended Benton Street Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Alma Bell, Kitchener, and Mrs. Emily Ashford, Waterloo, two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Howlett, and Mrs Albert Piers, both of Los Angeles, Calif., and seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. One son and one daughter predeceased her. Public funeral service will be held Monday at 2 in the afternoon at the Schreiter-Sanrock Funeral Home. Internment will be in Woodland Cemetery. Rev S. L. Boehmer will officiate. The remains are resting at the funeral home. 20 Nov 1942 Paper unknown
