- Margaret was born Berlin (Kitchener). She passed away at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, at 92 years. Her husband, Grant Edward, predeceased her May 31, 2004.She is the honoured matriarch of a loving extended family of 65 from humble beginnings on Cameron Street.She is predeceased by her parents, Emma Lippert and Emil Muratzke. Margaret was the 3rd of 5 siblings: Alvina (Carl Zinkhann) predeceased (June 29, 1997), Percy (Annamae Berdux predeceased Sept 6, 1994); Gertie (Hilmer Forler, predeceased May 2, 1990 and Harold Vogt; and Herb (Evelyn Sparks).She is admired by 16 grandchildren and was blessed with 17 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.A life-long resident of Kitchener, Margaret and Grant lived on Birch Avenue. They were members of Kitchener Gospel Temple. After raising a family Margaret worked in retail for several years retiring from management at Reitmans. She spent the last 4 years at The Village of Winston Park Retirement Home.
