  Mrs. Robert Cowan GALT, Jan. 17. Mrs. Robert E. Cowan, 83, died yesterday, at the Galt General Hospital. The former Georgina Armstrong, she is survived by her husband, who lives on R.R. 3, Galt. Funeral will be held at the T. Little and Sons Funeral Home, 39 Grand Ave. North, Galt, at 3:45 p.m., tomorrow. Interment will be made in Mountview Cemetery.
