  KNECHTEL, Mrs. N. Laverne (Florence) - At Freeport Hospital, on Tuesday, December 13, 1977, following a lengthy illness, Margaret Florence Wagner, formerly of 125 Lincoln Rd., Waterloo. A member of Zion United Church, she served on the YWCA Board of Directors for six years, was active in the Home and School Association, and did volunteer work with the senior citizens of the K-W area, until her illness. Beloved wife of the late N. Laverne Knechtel; dear mother of Mrs. Leslie (Gus) (Margaret S.) Jacobs of Route 2, Washago; sister of Carl H. of Illinois, U.S.A.; sister-in-law of Mrs. Grace Schultz of Kitchener. Predeceased by her parents, one brother and one sister.
