  Robert Goodwin - By Record Correspondent - Drayton, May 21 - Robert Goodwin, 77, Drayton, died Saturday at London, Ont. He had been ill since January. Born in Woolwich Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Goodwin. He farmed on the 4th Line of Peel Town until his retirement 10 years ago when he moved to Drayton. Mr. Goodwin attended the United Church. Surviving are two sons, Wilbert, 4th Line of Peel Township; Clifford, Moorefield; Roy, Kitchener; and one daughter, Gertie, Drayton. Also surviving is a brother, John, Drayton, and a half-brother, Clifford, Hamilton. Mr. Goodwin was twice married with both wives predeceasing him. The first was the former Lydia Fleet and the second the former Lillian ward. Five sisters also predeceased him. The funeral service will be held at 2: 40 pm tomorrow at the home of his son, Wilbert, 4th Line Peel Township, with burial in Glen Allan Cemetery. Rev. A.F. Gardner will officiate.
