  GOWING, Lloyd Orien - On Saturday, July 27, 1985, at his home, in Mount Clemens, Mich., formerly of Glen Allan, aged 65 years. Beloved husband of Margaret Keyes; dear father of JoAnn (Mrs. Joseph Bogle) of Mount Clemens, Mich. And Donald Knoblauch of St. Clair Shores, Mich. Seven grandchildren and one great-grandson also survive. Son of Mrs. Elizabeth Gowing of Glen Allan and the late Emerson Gowing; brother of Aileen (Mrs. Ernest Roden) of Glen Allan. Mr. Gowing was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, having served overseas in the Second World War. Visitation at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, July 30 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Norman Penrose officiating. Interment Glen Allan cemetery.
