- Loman, Goodwin - by Record Correspondent - HEIDELBERG - Loman Goodwin, 54, of Heidelberg, died suddenly at K-W Hospital today. A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gillis Goodwin, he was born in Peel Township, June 7, 1907. He was employed by B. F. Goodrich Company Ltd. For 33 years and was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Heidelberg. Surviving are his wife, the former Marie Monk whom he married Sept. 12, 1928, in Kitchener; two sons, Donald and Jack, both of Kitchener; three daughters, Mrs. Francis (Doris) Moser and Mrs. Willard (Pauline) Moser, both of St. Clements, and Mrs. Janet Hewitt of Heidelberg; six brothers, William of Elmira, Hardy of Heidelberg, Clayton and Ervin, both of Kitchener, Frederick and Ernest, both of Waterloo; one sister, Mrs. Frederick Fries of Bridgeport; 10 grandchildren. Two brothers and one sister predeceased him. The body is at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, until will be made to St. Peter's Monday noon when removal (sic) Church, Heidelberg, for service at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, Heidelberg. Rev. H. C. Guse will officiate.
