  Roy Douglas Cook Roy Douglas Cook, six-month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cook, 34 Rose St., died of pneumonia today at K-W Hospital. He was born in Kitchener on Feb. 1. Mrs. Cook is the former Lucille Wood. In addition to his parents, he is survived by both maternal and paternal grandparents; four brothers, Kenneth, Benjamin, Gary and Timothy, and three sisters, Gail, Marilyn and Sandra, all at home. The body is at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home. A blessing will be given at St. Anne's RC Church at 9 am, Wednesday and burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
