(Marie) - At the K-W Hospital, on Tuesday, May 22, 1973, after a lengthy illness, Marie Mary Kemp of 9 College St., Apt. 5, age 74 years, born in Sullivan Township, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kemp, a resident of the Twin Cities for the past 60 years, a member of Calvary United Church and the Ladies of the Moose, wife of Milo L. Underwood; mother of Mrs. Marjorie Smith, Detroit, Mich., and the late Kenneth, who predeceased her in February of 1967; sister of August Kemp of Chatsworth; grandmother of Nancy Smith, Detroit, James Smith, New Mexico and Mrs. Ruth Ann Snider of Kitchener; great-grandmother of David Smith and Jason Snider. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener. Funeral service in the chapel Thursday at 3 p.m., with Rev. Bruce Seebach and Rev. G. F. Barthel officiating.
